Order processing

Project Ghost Fibers ships worldwide. Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–21 business days. The exact processing time depends on the size of the order, whether the required materials are on hand, and the number of orders currently in the fulfillment queue.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an order is likely to require more than 21 business days to prepare, we will contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping destinations and delivery

We ship to domestic and international destinations supported by the shipping options shown at checkout. Available services, estimated transit times, and charges may vary by destination and order.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates shown by a carrier begin after the order has been dispatched. Carrier timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the product and shipping prices paid at checkout.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started or a shipping label has been created.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, a parcel appears to be lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and explain the next available steps. Any refund, replacement, or carrier claim will be handled according to the applicable store policy and carrier requirements.
